How Can I Make a Reservation?
You can click on the “Book” button and a page will appear showing the dates to choose from. Choose your check-in and check-out date on the calendar shown and the number of nights you have chosen will appear. Then click on SEARCH and availability will appear based on the number of people.
What Payment Methods are Accepted?
Once the query is made, you will receive an email with the following steps to follow. The payment of approximately 50% of the total reservation can be made by bank transfer or PayPal, as we are a small family business and do not have credit card payment available.
Is a Deposit Required for the Reservation?
To confirm the reservation, a payment of approximately 50% of the total amount must be made.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the date of the reservation. After this period, a corresponding charge may be applied according to the established conditions.
Do You Offer any Discounts for Long-Term Reservations or Large Groups?
We have offers for fortnightly or monthly stays, which will be offered in the SEARCH results, if you have chosen that number of nights.

How many Bedrooms and Bathrooms Does the House Have?
Casa Grande has two bedrooms, one double and one with two beds, both on the upper floor together with a bathroom and on the ground floor we have a toilet with shower and washing machine
Casita del Jardín has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom at the entrance and a washing machine on the porch
What is the Maximum Capacity of the Rural House?
Casa Grande 4 adults
Casita del Jardín 2 adults (double bed 140×200)
Do the Rooms Have Private Bathrooms?
Yes, but not en suite
Are Sheets and Towels Included?
Yes, and for stays of more than a week, a complete change is offered per week.
Are Extra Beds or Cribs Available?
Folding travel cots and extra beds for children

Yes, we have several internet connection systems, Router with wifi, Wifi Mesh and PLC Plugs

Casa Grande in the living-dining room on the ground floor (Inverter type)

Is Cleaning Service Included or Available for an Additional Cost?

What are the Check-In and Check-Out Times?
Check in: between 11:00 and 20:00 by prior arrangement. Outside of these hours there may be a charge
Check out: Before 11:00. If there are no customer arrivals, it could be done later, by prior arrangement
Are Pets Allowed in the House?
No, we are very sorry
Are there Specific Rules about Noise or the Use of the Facilities?
Parties are not allowed nor excessive noise after 10:00 p.m.
What to Do in Case of Emergency?
Our telephone and if it is something serious call 112 and they will divert the emergency
Is the House Accessible for People with Reduced Mobility?
No, and we are sorry, there are several stairs

Yes, on the outside side of the house.

We do not offer transportation service
Is the House Close to Public Transportation?
There is a stop, near the house on the TF-333 road – BUS 390 From and to the Guaguas Station of Puerto De la Cruz. Although for autonomy and speed, a rental vehicle is recommended

Does the House Have Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors?
By using only electrical appliances inside the accommodations, we have not seen it necessary
